Can anyone recommend: We are looking for traditional cuisine and a great atmosphere.

Hi. My friend and are two 50+ mums leaving  grown up kids and other responsibilities behind us to enjoy 5 nights staying in the Figueretas beach area. We are intending to walk, eat, drink, soak in the beauty of the area and experience traditional cuisine. This is a late celebration for our 50th birthdays and we most probably won’t be able to treat ourselves like this again, so we want to enjoy the atmosphere, character, charm and delights and want to prepare so we don’t waste a moment of time there. What do you recommend please? I appreciate any input. We are so excited to experience Ibiza. Thank you.
